Staci founded Idlewild Partners having worked as a fully certified Salesforce.com specialist for nearly a decade. In her role as CEO, Staci implements the platform for a wide variety of philanthropic agencies, including human services, education reform, and foundations/grantmaking organizations. As an official partner of Salesforce.com, she has worked on over 150 implementations and projects. She was first introduced to the Salesforce.com platform while working for a national education nonprofit organization where she acted as a System Administrator for the National Fundraising team along with ten sites across the country. She lives in New York with her husband and two children and loves experiencing what the city has to offer.
Rob has over 20 years of experience as a technology executive and consulting. Rob started as an independent IT consultant in New York serving clients in the entertainment industry. He went on to build and sell two consulting firms serving clients ranging from financial services, law firms, architecture, hospitality, and real estate firms, and along the way spent five years as the CIO for a healthcare and human-services organization. He is passionate about leading teams of equally passionate technology professionals, and about using technology to drive change. Rob lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two children.
James has over 8 years experience working as a strategic consultant and adviser to non profit organizations across the US and UK. As a Salesforce Certified Administrator James has spent the last 4 years working with non-profits to enhance their technology and analytics, primarily through implementing Salesforce. He has worked with clients across multiple industries including, education (K-12 and Higher), grant making foundations, workforce development, religious organizations, advocacy groups and human services. A transatlantic transplant, James moved to the US 5 years ago to complete his Master's at NYU and now lives in New York with his wife and son.
Hannah’s background is in Social Work and has over 10 years of experience working in and with the nonprofit sector. She has developed data systems for tracking progress on homelessness and housing campaigns in the US and Canada and has also worked with refugee/asylee youth & young adults while working as a Social Worker for the NYC Department of Education and the International Rescue Committee. Hannah has managed multiple, high-intensity Salesforce projects for over 50 nonprofit organizations in various industries. She lives in Brooklyn, NY and enjoys traveling, biking, and making music.
Julia has over 8 years of experience in the non-profit sector. She is trained as a social worker and has worked with local and international organizations on participatory research, grassroots organizing, and fundraising. Julia shifted her focus to Salesforce as the data manager for a social services agency, where she implemented data tracking and reporting systems and led a transition to Lightning. She is enthusiastic about helping non-profit organizations use Salesforce to increase their impact.
Christine comes to Idlewild with more than 20 years' experience in the nonprofit sector, including over 10 years as a Salesforce user. As a wildlife ecologist and Salesforce Certified Administrator, she built programs and developed systems, both in the cloud and on the ground, to support watershed and wildlife conservation efforts. She lives in Portland, Oregon and enjoys hiking and paddling with her kids.
Cori is a Salesforce Certified Administrator with a passion for the nonprofit world. She was introduced to Salesforce while working at a domestic violence shelter, where she streamlined data entry and reporting practices so that staff had more time to spend with clients. Her professional background prior to joining Idlewild includes 7 years of working at nonprofits supporting immigrants, refugees, and survivors, and 2 years serving in Peace Corps Morocco. She lives in Colorado, and when she's not working she's either reading or out playing in the mountains.
Devon is a Salesforce Certified Administrator with 15 years of experience dedicated to the nonprofit arts sector. Prior to joining Idlewild, Devon specialized in digital marketing and business operations at a grant-making organization in New York City, and a live event presenter in Boston, MA. He utilizes a lifelong interest in technology to empower nonprofits by helping them create innovative solutions for everyday operational challenges. Devon is an award-winning stage actor and director, with a BFA in theater performance. He enjoys illustration, game development, and exploring Queens with his wife and cat.
Emily is a seasoned Salesforce administrator who is passionate about empowering nonprofits to leverage technology for greater impact. She spent the past 8 years working at public health-related nonprofits and government organizations, where she learned to combine technical skills with creative problem-solving to create effective, innovative Salesforce solutions. In previous roles, Emily built custom solutions to assist teams with fundraising, community outreach, and other mission-driven work. Emily lives in Manhattan and enjoys sports, fantasy novels, her home state of New Jersey, and, most of all, pugs.
Inori is a violinist-turned-Salesforce-Certified-Administrator passionate about empowering nonprofits through Salesforce. Prior to joining Idlewild she worked as a consultant assisting in the Salesforce implementation for a social justice nonprofit supporting diversity in the classical music world. Inori lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and enjoys cooking, watching sumo, and sewing.
Jennie has over a decade of experience in nonprofit and business strategy and operations where she utilized Salesforce and other CRM platforms. At the Advisory Board Company, Jennie advised fundraising executives on their top strategic priorities. Prior to joining Idlewild she built a business from the ground up, developing best practices in CRM management, data and analytics, strategic planning, and training and development. When she is not working in Salesforce you can find Jennie exploring the great outdoors in her home state of Colorado.
Jenny is a Salesforce Certified Administrator with 7 years of youth development and family services nonprofit organization experience. Prior to joining Idlewild, she was the Strategic Advancement Director at Full Circle of Lake County, a prevention-based youth, immigrant, and family service nonprofit in Leadville, Colorado, and before that an instructor with Colorado Outward Bound School. Jenny still lives in Leadville, and in her free time enjoys hikes & runs in the mountains, skiing at the local ski hill, and reading murder mystery novels.
Jenny is a Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant with a passion for empowering nonprofits to leverage Salesforce to drive community impact. She has 20+ years of professional technology experience, 10+ years within the nonprofit industry. Her specialties include process improvement, project management, technical support, and end-user training. She has an MBA with an Emphasis in Management of Emerging Technologies and a BBA in Business Management. Jenny lives in Metro Atlanta and while not working enjoys hanging out with her husband and two children - often going to movies or trying out new restaurants.
Jimmy is a Salesforce Certified Administrator and former Idlewild client with 7 years of nonprofit service. He has spent his entire career helping others utilize technology as a means to achieve their organizational goals. He found his passion for Salesforce while overseeing all software systems and business operations as Managing Director of the Chicago Literacy Alliance, a nonprofit umbrella organization that supported over 100 literacy nonprofits. He spends his free time giggling with his wife and two daughters in Chicago.
John has over 20 years of technology experience in the nonprofit sector. He has been immersed in the nonprofit IT world for the majority of his career with the last 6 years focused on implementing case/program, volunteer, and fundraising management solutions built on Salesforce. Prior to joining Idlewild Partners, he implemented Salesforce and Office 365 solutions for a nonprofit consulting firm based in Atlanta. Early in his career, John worked as a refugee resettlement case manager and taught ESL--direct service experiences which have helped him connect with the nonprofit clients he serves. John has an English degree from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant. He lives in the Atlanta area and enjoys kayaking, hiking, and playing his guitar.
With over 20 years in non-profit work and a decade focused on Salesforce, Jonelle is a seasoned implementation consultant with a track record of success. She's worked with hundreds of clients, both non-profit and for-profit, bringing strategic solutions to fruition. Outside of work, Jonelle serves on a local non-profit's board and enjoys family time in her Northern Michigan garden and at the beach.
Justine is a Salesforce Certified Administrator with 10 years of nonprofit experience. She started her career as a college counselor for high school students where she developed a passion for metrics and data to support a cycle of continuous improvement. In her past role she oversaw the development and implementation of Salesforce at a national education organization to improve data collection, ease reporting, and drive data-driven decision making. In her free time, you can find her eating spicy Asian food in Queens and biking through Brooklyn.

Prior to joining Idlewild, Katie worked in advertising for 6 years with a focus on branding strategy and content creation. Seeking a professional change that aligned with her personal values, she was introduced to Salesforce within the nonprofit space. She lives in Portland, Oregon and enjoys traveling, volunteering at animal sanctuaries, and staying active.
Laura has worked in the nonprofit, education, and political sector for 11 years. She has worked in fundraising and operations, focusing heavily on database administration and management. As a Director of Operations for high schools and as a Compliance Consultant, she has spent her career focusing on maximizing the efficiency of databases to lighten the workload of all team members, ensuring their focus is on the important work of their missions and not on time-consuming data entry or research. Laura lives in upstate NY and when she isn't hanging out with her new daughter, enjoys solving puzzles and playing board games with her husband.

Prior to joining Idlewild Mckenzie worked doing corporate Salesforce consulting. Seeking to realign her career with her personal values, Mckenzie rejoined the nonprofit world where her passion lies! Rachana is Salesforce Certified Administrator with over 6 years experience working on the salesforce platform. She has worked with various nonprofits to enable them track and measure their impact and use data effectively. Prior to Idlewild she worked as a Customer Success Specialist where she worked with organizations solving issues, training staff and implementing projects. Her experience extends to nonprofits in housing, education, and microfinance sectors. Rachana lives in the Bay area, when not working she loves to bake and watch baking shows.
Regina is a Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator with 5 years of nonprofit experience. Prior to joining Idlewild, she was the senior database administator at Make the Road New York, an immigrant organizing and services nonprofit. She lives in Queens, NY and enjoys making playlists and spending time with her cat Momo.
Roger has been a Salesforce consultant to nonprofits and education organizations for over 8 years. Before that he worked for 20 years in fundraising, executive leadership, operations and program management roles for environmental, youth development, community organizing and social justice organizations. He holds a Master's degree in nonprofit management and 12 Salesforce certifications (at last count). Roger loves trail running, whitewater kayaking, mountain biking and backcountry and skate skiing with his wife near their home in the North Lake Tahoe, California area.
Theresa has over 6 years of experience working with Salesforce in the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining Idlewild she was the Salesforce Administrator at Urban Green Council, an environmental nonprofit, where she worked closely with the Programs, Fundraising, and Operations teams to thoughtfully improve internal processes and support new projects with technology. Theresa lives in Brooklyn NY with her cats Pepper and Marzipan.
